We deliver anywhere in Pakistan. We do not ship internationally at the moment.

Delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery then takes:

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed the next business day.
These times are what our courier partner aims for and are not guaranteed. Weather, strikes and public holidays can add a day or two.
Tracking your order
Once your parcel is dispatched, we send you a tracking number by SMS or email. If you haven't received one within 2 business days of ordering, message us at 03399988867.
Cash on delivery
COD is available across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready, as couriers often cannot give change. The courier will try to deliver twice. If nobody is available both times, the parcel comes back to us, and we will contact you to arrange another attempt.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because nobody accepted the delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A second delivery charge applies in that case.
Parcels that don't arrive
If your tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days, contact us at swiftdetailpk@gmail.com or 03399988867, and we will contact the courier partner on your behalf. We will either locate the parcel or send a replacement.
Damaged parcels
Please record a video as you open your parcel. If anything arrived damaged, send us that video within 48 hours, and we will replace the item at our cost. See the return and refund policy for the full process.
