Terms of service

These terms apply when you use swiftdetail.pk or place an order with us. By placing an order you accept them.

Who we are

Swift Detail is an online store based in Lahore, Pakistan, selling microfiber car care products. "We", "us" and "our" mean Swift Detail. "You" means the person using the site or placing an order.

Using the site

You may browse and buy from the site for your own use. Please don't copy our product photos, descriptions or logo for use elsewhere, attempt to interfere with the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

Products, prices and availability

We try to show every product accurately, but screens vary, so colours may look slightly different in person. Weights, sizes and specifications are given in good faith and small manufacturing variations are normal.

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you and either refund you in full or send a replacement you agree to.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, the price was listed incorrectly, we cannot deliver to your address, or we have reason to believe the order is fraudulent. If we decline an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. We never see or store your full card details. For bank transfers, your order is dispatched once payment shows in our account.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is covered in our shipping policy and returns in our return and refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Product use

Our towels and car care products are for cleaning and drying vehicles. Please follow the care instructions on the product page. We are not responsible for damage caused by using a product against those instructions, by using a towel that has picked up dirt or grit, or by using it on a surface it was not intended for.

Our responsibility

We stand behind what we sell. If a product is faulty, we will replace it or refund you. Beyond that, our responsibility to you is limited to what you paid for the item. We are not liable for indirect losses.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer law.

Reviews and content you submit

If you post a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is your own and you give us permission to display it on our site and social channels. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or not about our products.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: your name, address, phone number and email. Our privacy policy explains the details. We do not sell your information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
